See here. So where are the campus protests? Where are the groups demanding that we boycott, divest, etc? My point is that there are many injustices in the world, and focusing on just one (which is what our campus radicals do) seems a type of injustice in itself. It’s like a teacher who every day has a roomful of misbehaving students but who always singles out the same student for punishment while ignoring the others.
Update: This post by a moderate Muslim complains that campus radicals wanted to “block a motion that sought to condemn ISIS and show solidarity to the Kurds fighting them, because it was deemed ‘Islamophobic.’” It is true that this happened in Britain, but can anyone doubt that our own campus radicals are just as pathetic? They simply cannot let go of their obsession with Israel’s “sins,” not even to acknowledge the most vicious and reactionary acts of our era.
