As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve been in Houston the last few days. When I made plans for this trip, I thought it would be a welcome respite from winter, but instead the weather in central Ohio has been in the fifties and sixties the last few days and not the teens and twenties that I expected. Does this make me convinced that global warming is happening? Hardly. First, it’s just a little blip in what I’m sure will be the usual cold weather, and second, if global warming were really here, then Houston would have been hot. Instead, it was rather cool, in fact, not much warmer than central Ohio.
