Day 3: The Manila Massacre
This massacre took place in Manila in the Philippines in February of 1945 and was conducted by Japanese troops against Filipino civilians with as many as 100,000 killed. See here and here. What has been evident in the Manila massacre, as well as the atrocities of the last two days, was the use of bayonets to murder people, both soldiers and civilians.
