Look through the photos at this site from Britain's Daily Mail and find the animal hidden in each one. Based on the comments, it seems that those who are color-blind do a better job than the rest of us. Also, the hardest to find was the snipe, which was hard for me to find even after getting hints from some of the commenters.

That was actually tough. I found it helped looking slightly askance at the photos. The snipe was the toughest to find, although I thought it looked like a yellow tail flicker.

I felt pretty silly that the one I had the hardest time finding was the one from my home state of Minnesota.
