What do we call the movement to oppose the Islamization of the West? The accepted name seems to be the “Counter-Jihad.” I think a better choice would the The Resistance, while those leftists who are pushing it forward are nothing but Collaborators. This has a couple advantages. First, it is reminiscent of the French resistance in World War II, though of course at this point we don’t (except for an unfortunate few like Molly Norris, Salman Rushdie, and the Danish cartoonists) need to go underground. Second, when we are called Islamophobes by leftists, it would be nice to tell them off in a way that I hope is effective. To say to them, “And you are nothing but a collaborator” may force them to think about what they are doing. But if not, it at least gives us a name to use against them.
By the way, I claim no particular originality with this idea, which for all I know has already been suggested.
I like it, John. It may work in larger contexts with progressive evangelical liberals, too.

I also like 'Quisling.'
