How To Deal with Hooligans (i.e., Antifa and Not the Soccer Variety)

There is a simple way to deal with hooligans like Antifa: ten-year jail sentences for their misbehavior. This is what Britain did to curb soccer violence, or so I’ve heard. (I heard it in a talk by Bill Buford, the author of the book Among the Thugs; he had joined some hooligans in order to write about them).
